Improved Access

The practice operates Improved Access. This is a system which improves patients' access to our doctors and nurses and means that patients can telephone on the day of illness and appointments will be available. There are also a number of appointment slots available for patients to book up to two weeks in advance.

It is the right of all patients to express a preference as regards which doctor they receive care from. However, if that particular GP is unavailable you will be offered an alternative doctor.
